Returns Policy

We offer a full refund on up to five boxes purchased individually (not part of a box pack).

If more than five individual boxes are returned, any additional boxes will be refunded at the buy-back price listed on each item.

Current buy-back pricing:

· Tea Chest Boxes: $1.50 each

· Book Boxes & Handy Pack Boxes: $1.00 each

Boxes purchased in packs are eligible for buy-back pricing only, regardless of condition, unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase. 

There is no time limit on returns, provided boxes are in good condition. Boxes must be clean, dry, and free from damage such as tears, crushing, or water damage.

All returns are subject to inspection.

Returns must be made to our warehouse location unless otherwise arranged.

We do not accept returns or refunds on tape, paper, or bubble wrap.
